Dallas Weekend

Quinn, CC, and I made a Dallas trip this past weekend. It was jammed packed of fun things to do!! :) We got their Thursday and spent the day with Janet and the girls. I love when Quinn gets to be with his cousins! It was really fun to watch Kate and Quinn play together. Kate definitely has Quinn under control. Every time Quinn put her puzzle piece in his mouth she would say, "NO QUINN!!" Haha!! I love it! Thanks Kate for sharing your toys with Quinn.

Thursday night, I met up with some of my dearest friends I taught with at Elliott!! I always have so much fun with them!! I MISS them so much!! They also gave Quinn a birthday gift!! Seriously, they are some of the most thoughtful girls I know!! I brought my camera, but I left my memory card in the computer, so I was not able to take pictures that night! :(

I love how Kate is smiling so big. Do not be fooled....She receives 2 M&M's when she cooperates for a picture. I wonder when Quinn and Bryn will catch on to this deal??:)

The main reason I went to Dallas was for my Greatest and Dearest friend, Jamie. The Lord has blessed this girl with TWINS. They are having two boys, Gage and Graham. She will be the best MOM to these baby boys!! I can't wait to meet them.

Molly made all of these. She is so talented!! Quinn and I stayed with them Friday night. She tried to teach me how to use her monogram machine, but it was very complicated. I am just going to let her continue to do the work and I will purchase her cute stuff. :) The Lord did not bless me with this gift.

Molly also made the cake. She is definitely the next Martha Stewart!!

* Some things I left out from this weekend....

Ran 9 miles with Janet Friday morning....3 more weeks to the 1/2 marathon. I am so glad she talked me into running with her group!!

We went to The Original Pancake House after our run!! I would have ran two more miles for this place. I L.O.V.E this place!! Quinn ate his first pancakes and loved them!!

Jenn invited me for a fun playdate on Friday. She made lunch and dessert. It was so fun hanging out with that group. I always have fun with JG!!

YES, I did all of this in two days and we are still catching up!! :)
